Does BriefArq AI replace the architect?
No. The AI conducts the briefing with the client and generates insights — but the project decisions, scope, and aesthetics remain yours. It's a senior assistant, not a replacement.
How does billing work?
Recurring monthly subscription, charged to credit card. You choose a plan (Starter, Pro, or Firm), pay the first month, and have immediate access to the platform. No commitment — cancel at any time.
Is there a trial period?
We don't work with a free trial period. We believe BriefArq proves its value already in the first briefing — that's why we prefer to ensure every architect joins committed. If you change your mind, cancel without a penalty.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time directly in the dashboard. The difference is charged (or credited) proportionally to the period already used.
Does my client need to create an account to answer the briefing?
No. You send a unique link and the client answers directly. No signup, no download, no friction — exactly as it should be.
Does the AI learn from my way of designing?
In the Firm plan, yes. The AI is calibrated by your office's project history, adjusting questions, budget recommendations, and style references to your standard. The more you use it, the more accurate it becomes.
